To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please email us at contact@beautybos.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your refund to appear in your account.
Some items, such as opened skincare products, are not eligible for return due to health and hygiene reasons. Please contact us if you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return.
If you need to exchange an item for the same item due to a defect or damage, please contact us at contact@beautybos.com to arrange an exchange.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless it is defective or incorrect.
